Ensuring Absolute Compliance and Fleet Airworthiness

In the highly regulated world of commercial aviation, the responsibility of keeping an aircraft safe, compliant, and airworthy is massive. Voler Haut Aviation provides top-tier CAMO Services, which stands for Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation, to relieve operators and owners of this complex burden. We specialize in managing A330, A320 Family, and ATR 72 aircraft. Our dedicated technical team ensures that your fleet adheres to all National Aviation Authority regulations, manufacturer specifications, and rigorous safety standards, helping optimize operational efficiency and protect the asset's value.

Having a solid CAMO function is about much more than just ticking regulatory boxes, it acts as a strategic asset. Poor airworthiness management can easily lead to grounded aircraft, expensive unscheduled maintenance, and compromised residual values. By outsourcing or augmenting your airworthiness management with Voler Haut Aviation, you gain access to our industry-leading technical expertise, advanced maintenance planning, and detailed record-keeping.

BCAA CAMO & 2-REG Approval

For aircraft operating on the Bermuda Aircraft Registry, compliance with Overseas Territories Airworthiness Regulations Part 39 is mandatory. Voler Haut Aviation operates under strict BCAA CAMO approval. We have the regulatory authority and technical infrastructure to manage the airworthiness of Bermuda-registered aircraft. Additionally, we are accepted by 2-REG, the Guernsey Aircraft Registry, as Technical Coordinators.

Under these approvals, our services cover full airworthiness management. This includes the continuous tracking of Airworthiness Directives and Service Bulletins, managing aircraft technical logbooks, and meticulously planning scheduled maintenance. We work directly with Approved Maintenance Organizations to ensure that all required maintenance is executed correctly, documented properly, and certified by authorized personnel. By handling these complex regulatory requirements, we allow operators to focus entirely on their core commercial operations.

The Strategic Value of Shadow CAMO

While operators utilize their primary CAMO to manage daily airworthiness, aircraft lessors and financiers face a unique challenge: they own the multi-million dollar asset, but they do not control the daily technical management. This is where Voler Haut Aviation’s Shadow CAMO services provide immense value, deeply integrating with our Aircraft Asset Management solutions.

Shadow CAMO acts as an independent, third-party oversight mechanism. It is designed for lessors, banks, or owners of N-registered aircraft operating under third-party arrangements. Our engineers parallel the activities of the operator’s primary CAMO, continuously monitoring maintenance programs, compliance updates, and component tracking.

This independent oversight serves as a vital check and balance. It provides the asset owner with unbiased reporting on the condition and airworthiness status of the aircraft. By identifying potential compliance gaps, deferred maintenance issues, or cost inefficiencies early, our Shadow CAMO service mitigates financial and regulatory risks. This ensures the asset is protected throughout the lease term and prevents costly surprises during redelivery.

Customised Maintenance Programs & Bridging Solutions

A generic maintenance schedule rarely optimizes operational efficiency. We develop Customised Maintenance Programs tailored specifically to your aircraft's operational environment, utilization rates, and regulatory requirements. An optimized program extends the intervals between heavy maintenance events where permissible, which directly reduces direct maintenance costs and increases aircraft availability.

During aircraft transitions, like moving from one operator to another, the aircraft must be transitioned from the previous operator's Approved Maintenance Program to the new operator's program. This is a highly complex process known as bridging. Our engineers provide expert Bridging Check Solutions. We perform detailed gap analyses between the two maintenance programs, develop efficient bridging workscopes, and manage the transition process to minimize downtime.

When combined with our End-of-Lease Transition Packages, our CAMO services provide a comprehensive technical solution that protects aircraft value and ensures complete regulatory compliance from acquisition straight through to redelivery.
